Ordering Online is really very easy!
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All prices are in NZD and include G.S.T. of 12.5%.
All payments are secure and all purchases are covered by our returns policy.
A copy of your receipt will be sent with your order. Please keep the receipt in a safe place because if you decide to return you will need to return with item.

Delivery:
When you submit your order we will get back to you with a total cost for the order including delivery.
Deliveries are made during work hours so will require a signature. Please do not send to a P O Box number.
Please allow 3-7 working days within New Zealand.
Express Delivery:
If you wish your goods to be sent extra quickly, there will be an added extra cost.
International Deliveries:
When you submit your order we will respond with international postage fees.
Gifts/Vouchers:
If you would like to gift an item to someone or send them a voucher please let us know. We will gift wrap for free and of course no invoice will be sent or any pricing on the garment.

Guarantee:
We guarantee that you will love every piece you order, however, for some unknown reason you dont we are happy to refund your money or replace it with another.
Refunds/Returns And Exchanges:
It is easy to return or exchange items which your do not like (as long as you havent worn them) and you have 14 days to make up your mind.
Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty goods.
Please include your invoice you received with your parcel and please indicate why you have returned the item.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless your goods are faulty or incorrect), as soon as we receive the parcel.
Please note if you would like to exchange the garment you will incur the delivery fee.
Sizing:
All of the items are cut on the larger size.

Stock Availability:
Sadly we cannot guarantee that we will have the item in stock. When ordering please provide an alternate colour option. If the item is out of stock, we will tell you when we have more coming in and when. If you can wait we will place the order on back order and send
to you as soon as we receive it.
